Cuvée (pronounced koo-vay) is an elegant wine bar and bistro located on the west end of the popular Pearl Street Mall in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. A relaxing and cozy atmosphere, Cuvée has a friendly staff that is passionate and knowledgable about wine.
Our wine lists are diverse and feature over thirty different wines from around the world. We also serve champagne, beer, as well as a variety of fresh delicious food choices.
Cuvée is open Tuesday through Sunday from 4pm to 11pm. Our "Happy Hour" is from 4pm to 6:30pm, during which we offer an assortment of great specials. We also often host wine and champagne tastings and are available for private parties and special events.
